Have some questions? We have answers!

Want some more information about us? We have compiled some frequently asked questions to help answer your questions! If you have some more questions than we have answers to, please feel free to contact us and we will promptly answer any questions you may have.

01

How will I get my project assets to you?

If your project assets (footage, audio, etc) cannot be transferred to us in person due to distance or other curcumstances, we offer no charge data transfer services. Based on the size of the project, we will send one or more drives to you directly. This is all at no cost to you or your company as we cover the shipping both ways.

For smaller project, we offer DND Link, our in house server that allows you to upload and download assets.

02

How will you keep me updated on my project?

We utilize Skype, email, and DND Link to keep you updated on a consistent basis. We like keeping our clients consistently updated on progress because we feel that it allows for quicker job completion and fosters a more creative environment. It is also a time saving tactic. If changes need to be made, we can make them quicker. It is all about keeping the client as up to date and informed as possible.

03

What is your rate?

We like to work with our clients, on their budgets. So our rates are based on the project. Just because one project has a bigger budget than another, does not mean it should be denied quality post production services in our eyes. We will work with you to make sure both parties come out happy. However, we do not accept Pro Bono or deferred payement.

04

How do you accept payment?

We currently accept checks being mailed in, as well as all major credit cards through Square. An invoice will be generated and emailed to you though Square. From there it is up to you to choose how you would like to process the payment.

05

After you finish work, what do you do with the assets?

After a project is completed and delivered, we will keep the assets for the project for 1 month. This is a courtesy service in case you need changes to be made, we can make them quickly without the need to retransfer the assets. After the 1 month we remove all assets from our systems. We will keep them longer if requested by the client.

We also will keep a master copy of the project for up to 3 months. This is also a courtesy service in case you need another copy of you finished project. After the 3 months it will also be removed from our systems.

Audio/video assets take up a lot of room and it is simply unrealistic to hold on to everything forever.

06

Do you offer DVD/Bluray services?

Yes we do but on a small scale. At this time we simply cannot offer large scale DVD/Bluray creation. If you need under 200 to be created, we can accommodate your needs.

We are able to create a menu and burn the discs, we DO NOT create lables. You will have to provide us with the discs and we will take care of the rest.

07

What do you charge for shipping?

All standard shipping through USPS is free. If you require or request a different shipping method, such as a different carrier and or different shipping speed, the cost of said shipping will be charged to the client.

08

Where are you located?

We are located in the Greater New York City Area, more specifically in Brick New Jersey. While we love working with local film makers, many of our clients are from out of state. Don't let location fool you, especially with modern technology, post production can be done anywhere.

09

What platform/software do you use?

We use both the Mac and Windows platforms as both have valuable tools to offer the post production process.

Software wise we primarily use the Adobe CC for all aspects of post production. However we also use Final Cut X and other Apple software when needed.

10

What kind of projects do you work on?

We work on everything from demo reels to feature length films. No projects is too big or too small for us.
